Team Leader in Workshop Operations

Do you have experience in workshop work and production and want to step into a leadership role? Then we have the position for you!

We are now looking for a team leader for our partner. This is a role for you who have worked practically in a workshop environment and want to combine your craftsmanship with responsibility for planning, coordinating, and leading daily operations.

As a team leader, you are a key person on the production floor. You plan and distribute tasks, prioritize daily work, and ensure that production is carried out efficiently and with high quality. Since the role requires a strong practical background in workshops, you are expected to have a good understanding of production flows, machines, and work processes. You actively participate in production and work with processes such as rolling, bending, and assembly of piping systems. Your previous experience in workshop work is therefore crucial to lead by example, support the team in daily operations, and quickly solve practical challenges.

In addition to practical work, you are responsible for supporting, guiding, and coaching employees. With your background in workshops, you build trust within the group and contribute to a safe working environment where quality, collaboration, and efficiency are in focus.

Extent: Full-time, daytime

Your Profile

Requirements:

• Experience in team leadership within production, workshop, or industry
• Practical experience in workshop work, preferably in steel (e.g., rolling, bending, assembly, or similar)
• Swedish spoken and written (English is a merit)
• Driving license B and a car
