I am a spiritual woman currently seeking more assistants for my group. I have a muscle disease that affects my muscles and nowhere else. I have many interests, including spirituality, astrology, and natural medicine. Other interests include hair, makeup, beauty in general, and photography. I can be humorous but also engage in serious conversations. I have a social cat, and one must be able to handle everything that comes with having a cat.

I am looking for someone with empathy and the ability to read the room, knowing when to step forward or back in various situations, while respecting my privacy. You should be able to interpret what I say to others in meetings such as doctor visits, hospital stays, authorities, etc., without personal judgment. Flexibility is key, as I need someone who can step in during sick leave and as needed, which is why no one works full-time on a fixed schedule.

We are looking for a fixed and rolling 4-week schedule:

• Day & evening - 107h/4w
• Day & evening - 107h/4w
• Night - 73h/4w - Active/awake time
• Double staffing + every other weekend night (Friday one weekend, Sunday the next) - 68h/4w
• Substitute/hourly as needed, who can do both - Day, evening & awake night

Hours increase if you step in as needed.

Requirements for applicants:

• Female
• 25-45 years old
• Swedish spoken and written, as you will be interpreting for the client
• Strong work ethic and compassion
• Ability to be professional in certain situations and set aside personal judgment
• Perceptive
• Job comes first, and phone comes second while at work
• Ability to step in as needed occasionally - Flexible
• Not afraid of cats or allergic to them
• Understand and follow confidentiality and other routines
• If you have pets, I hope you can easily arrange for a pet sitter if needed at work
• Interest and knowledge in makeup and hair is also a significant advantage
