Pharmacy Manager Wanted at Kronans Apotek in Täby Näsby Park

We are looking for an engaged pharmacy manager for our pharmacy in Täby Näsby Park.

Your Role as Pharmacy Manager at Kronans Apotek in Näsby Park

Here you will lead a team of 2 pharmacists and 2 pharmacy technicians.

As a manager, you are both a leader and part of the team. You need to be proactive, engaged, and enjoy working towards goals. You will work both operationally and strategically.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Strengthening the business and inspiring employees
• Providing the best possible customer experience and advice
• Working towards set goals and creating good group dynamics
• Being responsible for budget and results
• Building and developing local collaborations
• Being responsible for personnel, work environment, and quality
• Scheduling and ensuring proper staffing
• Recruiting, retaining, and developing staff

The pharmacy's opening hours are 09:00-19:00 on weekdays, 10:00-16:00 on Saturdays, and we are closed on Sundays. The position is a permanent employment with a probationary period, and you will report to Nevin Esmer Tekin.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for someone who is a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You may have leadership experience, but you can also be curious and ready to grow in the role of manager. You are good at inspiring others, work in a structured manner, and are positive, action-oriented, and solution-focused.

Working at a Franchise Pharmacy

This pharmacy operates as a franchise. This means that the pharmacy is owned by an entrepreneur and run in their own company, but is part of the Kronans Apotek brand and assortment. As an employee, you will gain great insight into how a pharmacy operates and can influence work methods and results. The decision-making processes are short, and you will be involved in developing the business.
