We are looking for an employee for our activity center, which is part of Falu municipality's social psychiatry. The activity center is a daily occupation that aims to offer meaningful activities, break social isolation, and create community. We work towards the individual's opportunity to achieve the goals they want to reach. Today, we are 4 employees working on weekdays. Job Responsibilities

At the Activity Center, we want to achieve variation in what we do. We run a second-hand store where we also collaborate with the municipality's recycling. Health promotion is also an aspect of activity that we engage in, such as floorball, badminton, walks, and light gym. Other activities include painting, sewing, singing and music, cooking, and collaboration with Faluplast for certain types of contract manufacturing. We also have contact with some participants who have decisions regarding employment at the activity center but are placed in other locations, which is currently managed by the employment consultant within social psychiatry.

In this role, you will handle documentation and implementation plans in our relevant operational systems. You will represent the employment by participating in SIP and/or other important meetings with other stakeholders.

Qualifications

For the role, the following is required:

• Care and nursing program or other education that the employer deems relevant for the assignment
• B driver's license
• Experience with the target group
• Good computer skills
• Good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing

Desirable Qualifications

• It is advantageous if you are a trained support pedagogue
• It is advantageous if you are a trained social pedagogue
• It is advantageous if you have documented experience in, for example, theater, dance, art, and music

Employment Conditions

Permanent full-time employment. Start date by agreement.
