SAAND Service & Omsorg AB operates in home care, personal assistance, escorting, and household services. We currently have offices in Botkyrka, Eskilstuna, Södertälje, Västervik, Värmdö, and Örebro, with our head office in Linköping.

We are now looking for you who are a nursing assistant and want to work in home care in Södertälje. We are looking for both permanent positions and hourly substitutes.

The role of a nursing assistant with us

As a nursing assistant in home care, you provide care, support, escorting, service efforts, and social support based on our clients' needs, conditions, and wishes. In the work as a nursing assistant, it is important that our clients feel involved and secure, that they receive good treatment, and that we have good availability. You contribute to the feeling of security through a reliable and professional approach.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or has experience in care and support work. Care training is an advantage, and a B driver's license is a requirement.

You are comfortable using a computer and technical solutions in your daily work. You speak and understand Swedish. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

As a person, you enjoy taking responsibility, working independently at a flexible pace, and you have the ability to make your own decisions when needed. You easily adapt to changes, see opportunities for improvement, and are happy to take the initiative for new solutions, as well as valuing good cooperation among colleagues highly. Additional information

We are looking for staff for daytime, evenings, and weekends, as well as those who want to work as hourly substitutes.
