About the Position

As an Order & Logistics Coordinator, you have a key role and are a very important part of the organization. You are fully responsible for coordinating the entire order flow, from ordering to delivery, and are the primary contact for questions regarding deliveries. As orders are expected to increase in line with the company's growth, this role is crucial for achieving high-set goals in the future. You work closely with the sales team, customers, suppliers, and freight companies, ensuring that each order is handled efficiently, well-coordinated, and delivered in the best possible way to the customer.

Once the sales team has completed their work, you take over the process, responsibility, and dialogue with the customer and supplier. You manage the entire order process in the ERP system Visma Net and ensure that all details are correctly registered. Furthermore, you ensure that all necessary drawings are approved in a timely manner when needed. In your role, you maintain continuous dialogue with suppliers and customers to follow up on order status, delivery times, and ensure that all goods are delivered on time according to internal and external requirements, as well as weekly dispatch of goods.

You are also responsible for the warehouse, which includes conducting inventory and keeping track of stock levels. The position also entails responsibility for keeping price lists and exchange rates updated.

Qualifications and Attributes

To succeed and thrive in the role, we see that you have experience working with order management, administration, and customer service, preferably from a role that covers the entire logistics flow within a technical industry. You are used to handling multiple tasks simultaneously and feel comfortable using various systems and tools in your work. As a person, you are positive, communicative, and have an easy time collaborating with others. You are meticulous, organized, and enjoy managing multiple tasks at once. You are service-oriented and flexible, and your ability to take initiative means you contribute both solutions and energy to the team. You appreciate meeting both customers and suppliers and do not hesitate to pick up the phone to get quick answers when needed.

In addition, you need to have:

• Experience working in ERP systems, preferably Visma Net.
• Good knowledge of the Office suite, especially Excel.
• Fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
• Technical interest.

Additional Information

• Start: Immediately, considering notice period.
• Location: Solna, Stockholm.
• Extent: Full-time.
• Salary: By agreement.
