In the role of personal assistant to our client, a 14-year-old boy with significant support needs due to a neuropsychiatric disability, you create a secure foundation. An important part of the job is to stimulate and activate the user, where you are encouraged to take your own initiatives for activities such as swimming, going to a trampoline park, etc. Your task is to enable participation in various leisure activities that create opportunities for learning, both at home and in outdoor activities.

At the user's request, female applicants are preferred. We are looking for someone who is confident in themselves and passionate about working with children with disabilities. Previous experience or education as a childcare worker, leisure educator, or similar is advantageous, but the greatest emphasis is placed on personal suitability and your ability to start employment immediately. Guidance from parents will be available regularly if desired.
