Responsibilities

• Plan and lead courses in electrical engineering, power, and energy for both practical and theoretical learning.
• Develop training materials that adhere to the latest industry standards and technological innovations.
• Evaluate and follow up on participants' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.
• Stay updated with the latest technical trends and advancements in power and energy.
• Collaborate with other educators and departments to continuously improve our training program.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 3 years of professional experience in power, energy technology, or a related field.
• Experience in conducting training, seminars, or workshops in technical subjects.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage and inspire participants.
• Able to work both independently and in a team to achieve educational goals.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
