About the Role

In this role, you will work on the development and improvement of internal material handling. You will be involved from analysis to implementation and follow up to ensure that the solutions have the desired effect in the operations. The work is done in close collaboration with production, logistics, packaging, and other technical functions – both locally and in global networks.

You will, among other things:

• Analyze and develop logistics and material flows with a focus on efficiency and stability
• Work with technical solutions that contribute to shorter lead times and better flow
• Ensure that packaging solutions support functionality, cost, and sustainability
• Drive and participate in improvement initiatives related to processes, working methods, and technology
• Use data and calculations as a basis for decisions and priorities

To Succeed in the Role, We Believe You Have:

• Experience in production engineering work and an interest in logistics, flows, and systems. You are analytical, structured, and enjoy translating theory into practical solutions in real operations.
• Experience working in production, logistics, or engineering
• The ability to work data-driven and analyze complex flows
• A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or similar methodologies
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English
