About the assignment

We are looking for a senior Dynamics CRM developer to strengthen one of our transport-based clients in their work to manage and further develop their central CRM solution, SeKund. SeKund is the client's installation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (on-premise) and handles, among other things: -The customer database and the entire customer case management -Processing of transport service cases -Sales and booking support for companies -Advertising and marketing support via Click Dimensions The system is integrated with several internal and external solutions, including the web portal “My Account”, the corporate portal, the ticket system, the analytics platform, the population register, business databases, SMS dispatches, and data collection from scanned forms. As part of the Pandora program, development of a new processing system for transport services and medical trips is underway, which will be integrated into SeKund. You will work closely with an engaged team according to SCRUM and contribute both technical expertise and experience exchange. Your tasks -Advanced development and management of MS Dynamics CRM solutions within B2C and B2B -Implement and maintain API integrations with internal and external systems -Advanced troubleshooting in Dynamics CRM and associated integration solutions -Configuration and customization of the CRM solution including Click Dimensions -Participate in agile development processes and planning in Azure DevOps Qualifications -At least 7 years of experience in advanced development in MS Dynamics CRM within B2C -Documented experience in configuration and management of Dynamics CRM for both B2C and B2B -Experience with MS Dynamics CRM on-premise -At least 7 years of experience in development and management of API solutions for Dynamics CRM -Advanced troubleshooting skills in CRM and integrated solutions including API libraries -Participated in at least three major CRM projects within B2C -Experience with public or municipal customer systems/customer case solutions and processing systems is highly meritorious -Experience with agile working methods and Azure DevOps Personal qualities -Driven and self-sufficient -Solution-oriented with strong analytical skills -Good communication skills and a team player -Structured and meticulous Additional information The role can be performed from any location in Sweden, but with the possibility to attend meetings in Malmö or Hässleholm if needed. Please apply via the link.
