Assignment Description:

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to support agile scrum teams in transforming a legacy frontend application into a modern, modular TypeScript and React-based solution used within embedded systems. The role includes both maintaining the existing application and actively migrating functionality to a new architecture through reusable component libraries.

What you will work on:

• Maintain and adapt legacy frontend implementation
• Migrate features to modular TypeScript-based architecture
• Develop frontend components using React and shared libraries
• Fix defects and improve application performance and stability
• Collaborate with embedded, software, and system teams
• Support continuous integration and delivery of UI components

What you bring:

• Strong experience with Java, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
• Experience using NPM and modern frontend build tools
• Experience working with React-based frontend development
• Knowledge of legacy frontend frameworks and migration strategies
• Experience with Git version control systems
• Understanding of frontend testing practices and tools
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in agile teams
• Experience working with or close to embedded systems environments
