About our client

Our client, who is a global and world leading actor within their domain, strongly believes in the long-term sustainability of HVDC (High Voltage Direct Current) technology. This technology facilitates energy transfer with direct current at high voltages, making it suitable for transmitting energy over long distances and connecting electricity networks with minimal losses. In addition to energy transfer, HVDC technology addresses electricity quality issues and contributes to the stabilization of connected power grids. For offshore wind power or long-distance underwater transmissions, direct current is the most realistic energy transmission alternative.

About the role

In this position, you will support senior project managers by managing and coordinating all documentation related to projects. Your role is essential to ensure that all project documentation is accurate, up to date, and complies with company standards and contractual requirements. You will act as a key communication link between project teams and stakeholders, facilitating smooth information flow and supporting project execution. Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently are crucial, as well as the capability to handle stakeholders professionally and maintain alignment across all parties involved. Your contribution will help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety expectations.

Requirements for the job:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or other relevant education
• 1–2 years’ experience in project execution, project support or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down information into clear patterns and solutions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and updates clearly and concisely
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
