About the role

The role of Adaptation Advisor is both varied and broad, with a strong focus on customer contact and coordination. You will be responsible for receiving calls from customers, registering cases, conducting specifications, and offering customer-specific solutions. These solutions can range from smaller assignments to larger projects aimed at end customers.

In this role, you will also be responsible for the assignments and projects you sell and work closely with developers to ensure that delivery times and budgets are met. For larger projects, you will act as the project manager and lead the work from start to finish.

In addition, administrative tasks such as managing internal registers, creating quotes, processing orders, and handling simpler invoicing are included. You will be a central point of contact for both customers and internal and external parties within Monitor.

To thrive in this role, it is important that you have good knowledge of Monitor ERP or another ERP system, as this is crucial for delivering customized solutions. Experience in IT, project management, or development is an advantage.

About the department

Extensions Development currently consists of a wonderful team of about 45 colleagues, divided into four different groups. We also have adaptation teams within Monitor's subsidiaries in Finland, Malaysia, and China.

You will be part of the adaptation team, which consists of both senior and junior employees, creating a dynamic and educational work environment. We value knowledge sharing and learning from each other, which is a cornerstone of our way of working, especially when starting new projects. Each project is unique and can vary in size and scope, making the work both challenging and rewarding.

• You have experience with Monitor ERP or another ERP system.
• You have previous experience in administrative work.
• You have experience from the manufacturing industry or software development.
• Your skills in Swedish and English are very good.
