We are currently seeking a new employee for our client in the manufacturing industry in Perstorp.

Here you will work in a dynamic environment with a rotating four-week schedule that includes daytime, afternoon/evening, and night shifts (4-shift).

Main tasks:

• Preparation of products
• Handling of machines and equipment
• Preparation and cleaning of equipment before and after production
• Manual packing

Who are you? We are looking for someone with a few years of work experience as a machine operator who has a positive attitude – you choose solutions over problems! You are technically inclined, curious about manufacturing processes, and enjoy working methodically and accurately. It is important that you are a responsible and committed person who sees what needs to be done and takes initiative when necessary. We value that you share the company's values of taking responsibility, doing the right thing, keeping promises, and constantly striving to improve. To thrive in this role, you need to identify with these values.

Requirements for the position are:

• Experience from production
• Good understanding of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A driver's license and access to a car are required for commuting to and from the workplace.

Meritorious:

• Technical experience
• Experience from the food or pharmaceutical industry
• Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• GMP experience
