ABOUT THE POSITION

At Inre Kraft Home Care, we are looking for employees who want to work as on-call substitutes as needed. You will be working with our clients in Boden City. The work is scheduled for weekdays and weekends during daytime and evening hours.

The working hours may vary as follows:

  • 07:00 AM - 12:00 PM
  • 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM
  • 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • 03:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • 04:00 PM - 10:00 PM
  • 07:00 AM - 10:00 PM (weekend, including a 2.5-hour break)

Start date will be agreed upon, and we hope you can begin your introduction immediately.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a home care employee, you play an important role in enabling our clients to live a safe and independent life in their own homes. Your tasks consist of planned interventions such as personal care, social interaction, cleaning, meal heating, shopping, and medication management. You will also document performed interventions and the client's health status, among other things.

Before employment, a test will be conducted to obtain delegation to handle medications.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You need to have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as the job involves contact with users and relatives and requires documentation and the ability to absorb important information related to the tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in healthcare and social services
  • Trained caregiver or nursing assistant
  • Knowledge and experience in medication management and have previously worked under medication delegation

Employment rate: On-call substitute as needed

Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensations in accordance with collective agreements.
