Do you want to work at the forefront of technology while creating business value through high data quality? We are looking for THREE Data Engineers who want to help drive our Data Quality efforts, in close collaboration with our product and development teams across our three brands: Norion Bank, Walley, and Collector. ABOUT THE ROLE As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for building our new data platform and implementing and continuously improving several central data products. You will work hands-on with the team, contribute technical expertise, and drive our Data Quality efforts forward. An important part of the role is also to gather requirements and collaborate closely with the business to create value-generating data products.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

• At least 3 years of experience working with data processing in a modern data platform, preferably Databricks,
• At least 3 years of programming experience in Python or another relevant scripting language,
• The ability to work systematically with data quality and data governance,
• Experience working hands-on in technical teams while understanding business needs,
• Good collaboration skills and experience in requirement gathering in dialogue with the business.

We consider it a plus if you have:

• Experience building data products within a data mesh architecture,
• Previous experience driving training or knowledge sharing in the data field.
• Interest in influencing and improving processes around data management and data quality in a growing organization.

The corporate language is Swedish, and you therefore need to communicate fluently in Swedish to succeed in this role.

At Norion Bank, we work according to a hybrid setup with both office work and remote work. Office work takes place at our beautiful headquarters at Lilla Bommen in Gothenburg. There, our teams sit together, which promotes both communication and collaboration.

The position is a permanent full-time employment with an initial probationary period, starting by agreement.
