As a German Customer Support Advisor, you’ll assist customers with everything from setup and troubleshooting to product recommendations and technical inquiries.

What You’ll Do:

Help customers with drone setup, troubleshooting, and product guidance Respond to inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and enthusiasm Diagnose technical issues related to drones, controllers, and software Manage orders, returns, and exchanges Stay up to date on the latest drone models and industry trends Ensure customers have a smooth and enjoyable experience with their DJI products

What We’re Looking For:

Fluent in German & English (written & spoken) • Passion for drones, tech, and customer service • Problem-solving mindset & strong communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
