Swedish-speaking Customer Service Representative – Banking Sector (Electronics Company)
Location: Greece (office-based or remote work from Greece)
Start Date: June 9, 2025

We are now looking for 5 dedicated and service-oriented customer service representatives who want to work in an international team for a well-known global electronics company, within their customer service department for banking-related issues.
In this role, you will be a key person in providing support to Swedish customers regarding their electronic payment solutions, digital banking services, and account information related to the company’s products and services.
Your Responsibilities:Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats from Swedish customers regarding payments, invoices, account transactions, and other banking-related inquiries.
Provide technical guidance on the use of digital payment services and banking functions integrated into the company’s products (e.g., digital wallets or NFC payments).
Manage and follow up on customer cases in the company’s CRM system with accurate documentation.
Resolve customer issues with professionalism and a customer-focused approach – always aiming to create a positive customer experience.
Identify recurring problems and report them to internal teams for further action and improvements.
Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to achieve set KPIs and quality goals.
Has excellent knowledge of Swedish (C1) in both spoken and written form.
Speaks and writes English at least at a B2 level, as training and internal systems are in English.
Has good computer skills and is quick to learn new technical tools and systems.
Is communicative, responsive, and passionate about helping others.
Is solution-oriented, structured, and enjoys working towards goals.
Previous experience in customer service or banking/finance is a plus, but not a requirement.
