Job Description  As a Customer Service Agent, your role is to manage customer inquiries in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner via email, chat, and phone, together with your team. You will assist with service and administration regarding our customers' services. 

This may also involve supporting and troubleshooting a service that the customer is having issues with. Regardless of the type of case you handle, you always ensure that the customer receives the highest level of service with accurate and complete information.   You will also have the chance to work with some of the world's most respected brands.

We are looking for someone who 

• Is fluent in Swedish in addition to English, both spoken and written
• Gains energy from providing customer experiences via phone, email, and chat
• Has a high work capacity and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Is solution-oriented 
• Is creative, friendly, and solution-oriented with customers and colleagues
• Has good computer skills (basic skills; advanced skills are considered a plus)
