We are looking for someone who wants variety in their work throughout the year. At Allégården Kastlösa, there is a wide range of guests, from young people at camps to active retirees and groups wishing to enjoy a three-course meal. All guests are equally important, and everyone should be satisfied, which requires us to adapt our meals to the guests.

We are looking for a chef, preferably with experience. We envision that you want to stay with us year-round with an annual working time of about 80%. Most guests come from May to September, but we have guests all year round.

We prepare most of our food from scratch using Swedish ingredients as much as possible, preferably local meat products. This means that in addition to cooking, we often bake bread, desserts, and prepare snacks and sandwiches. During the summer, we have one month of only à la carte service.

Allégården is located in the countryside, and it is not possible to reach here by public transport that fits the work schedule. Therefore, you need to be able to drive and have access to a car to commute to and from work unless you live nearby.

The most important thing is that you enjoy cooking good food and that you are meticulous, responsible, and a good colleague. Some days you will work alone, and other days you will be 2 or 3 in the kitchen.
