Assembler/Workshop Worker

About the role

As an assembler/workshop worker, you will work with a variety of tasks including sheet metal processing, assembly, and repair. You will be part of a team, but the work itself is performed independently. Your handy skills and problem-solving ability will be crucial to ensure high quality and efficiency in the work. In this role, it is important to be flexible and have a short ramp-up time when tasks change.

Main responsibilities

• Work with sheet metal processing and other workshop machines
• Assemble and repair
• Participate in assembly jobs for various types of projects
• Work under time pressure and deliver accurate work

Profile

• Experience in assembly and previous work in a workshop.
• Experience working with mechanics
• Good knowledge of reading and understanding technical drawings
• Forklift license for pallet stacker, counterbalance forklift, and overhead crane
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things
• High school education or equivalent experience
• Good ability to handle stressful situations and work effectively under time pressure
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
