Position: Summer Job – Machine Operator

Location: Mariestad

Duration: 8–10 weeks (summer 2026, with the possibility of extension), full-time

About the Position

We are currently looking for someone who wants to work as a machine operator during the summer of 2026. Here, you will work in a team with a strong emphasis on collaboration to ensure a good production flow. You will be responsible for machine operation, conducting quality checks, and ensuring a safe working environment. We operate in day shifts, two shifts, or possibly night shifts depending on production needs.

No prior experience is required (but if you have experience, that's a bonus!) – as long as you are willing to learn, are engaged, driven, and a team player, you will fit in with our group. Additionally, we appreciate if you are meticulous, solution-oriented, and proactive. For this position, you need to have Swedish language skills at least at C1 level. You must also be over 18 years old and have permission to work in Sweden.

The starting salary is approximately 22,500 SEK/month + shift allowances that vary depending on the shift (0 - 14,000 SEK). If you have previous experience, higher salary levels apply. All employees receive wellness benefits during the employment period.

If you proceed to the next step, you will be invited to a personal interview. We have interview days on-site in Mariestad on January 29 and February 19, where you will also have the opportunity to see our production facility. We conduct drug tests on all newly hired employees for a safer working environment.
