We are looking for cheerful, calm, and solution-oriented concert hosts who want to help create safe and memorable experiences for our audience!

About the role:

As a concert host, you are our face to the public and a key person in ensuring that visitors feel welcome and safe. You will work at various types of events – from smaller performances to large concerts.

Your responsibilities include:

• Scanning tickets at the entrance
• Being responsible for audience safety in the venue
• Answering questions from visitors with a service-oriented approach
• Handling situations quickly and professionally if problems arise

We are looking for someone who is:

• Comfortable meeting people
• Solution-oriented and stress-resistant
• Confident in taking responsibility and making decisions when needed
• Certified in CPR

Previous experience in similar work is a plus, but not a requirement – the most important thing is the right attitude!
