We are looking for assistants who have the opportunity to work extra with our client. The client feels most comfortable with women, so we are seeking female assistants.

We now need to strengthen our team with extra staff who can step in during illness, summer, and other absences.

The workday is divided into two shifts, daytime and evening. Weekdays as well as weekends, with standby duty for one hour in the afternoon and at night. Due to the standby duty, it is helpful if you have your own car or live nearby the client.

About the client

The client is a woman nearing 80 years old who needs additional assistants for her team. She has MS and is wheelchair-bound. She requires assistance with many aspects of her daily life, including household chores, personal care, and hygiene. Her medical condition makes her very easily fatigued and sensitive to noise. Even though her illness limits her, she is fundamentally a very active person, and you will accompany her on various activities and errands.

About you

For you and the client to thrive together, you need to be positive, calm, and patient. You enjoy motivating people and should be organized. You should be able to take initiative but always with the client's approval.

The role includes cooking, so you should be able to handle pork and other types of meat.

If you have experience in the care profession and/or with MS, it is an advantage but not a requirement.

Other

If you proceed in the process, you will need to verify your identity and that you have the right to work in Sweden. To sign your employment contract and upcoming time reports, it is an advantage if you have (mobile) Bank-ID.
