• Have a care assistant education with proof of protected professional title
• You master Swedish in speech and writing
• You are stress-resistant and used to taking responsibility
• You are used to working independently
• You must have a B driver's license
• Are comfortable with documentation according to SoL (Social Services Act)

Your tasks:

In home care, you work in our customers' own homes providing the care and support that they are entitled to, according to the assistance decision and the individual implementation plan.

The tasks may include:

• Providing personal care (such as hygiene, dressing, and undressing) and support during meals.
• Participating in social interaction with the customer and accompanying them on walks.
• Acting as a primary care contact for the customer and contributing to their safety.
• Working both independently and in collaboration with colleagues to provide the best possible care.
• Actively contributing to the development and improvement of the operation.

Responsibilities:

• In the evenings and weekends, you are responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, relatives, and staff.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all staff have arrived for their shifts and that all staff are back at the end of the work period.
• You are responsible for rescheduling in case of absence when the regular planner and team leader are not present.
• You write reports to the responsible manager/planner at the end of the shift.
• You assist in distributing tasks in the absence of the planner/team leader.

Work period and hours:

The position is a permanent employment. A probationary period applies. Rolling schedule day/evening with work every other weekend.

You will be based at our office in Täby. We believe that you live nearby so that travel to and from work is not burdensome.
