• Meticulous – You perform your tasks with high quality and care in every detail.

• Digitally savvy – You are comfortable using a mobile phone and digital tools in your work.
• Social and outgoing – You spread positive energy and build good relationships with both customers and colleagues.
• Attentive – You are aware of the customer's needs and adjust your approach accordingly.
• Professional – You meet both customers and colleagues with respect and clarity.
• Engaged – You have a genuine interest in helping people and see each individual's unique situation.
• Calm and composed – You remain calm even in unexpected or stressful situations.
• Driving license (B) – It is an advantage if you have a driver's license and good driving experience to reach customers safely and efficiently.

As an employee in home care, you work in the customer's home and perform services according to the assistance decision and implementation plan. The tasks during weekend shifts may include:

• Meal support – Assistance with cooking, serving, and eating.
• Social support – Creating security, presence, and comfort.
• Supervision – Preventive and follow-up visits.
• Personal care – Assistance with hygiene, toilet visits, and showering.
• Support with changing clothes – Help with putting on and taking off clothes as needed.

We offer a fixed weekend schedule with two options:

• Day shift: 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
• Evening shift: 03:30 PM – 10:00 PM

We prefer that you live in or near Täby so that travel time does not become a burden. You will start from our office in Täby, where we are a positive and close-knit team that puts the customer at the center.
