Tasks - What will you do?

As a housing supporter with us, you will work to strengthen the individual's own ability in everyday life. The assignment is therefore based on providing support based on each client's individual needs and life situation. 

Examples of tasks:

• Structure in everyday life – Help plan and create routines in the home and life.
• Support at home – Assist with simple household chores and housing-related tasks.
• Motivational conversations – Create security and trust in the relationship with the client.
• Support in contact with society – Accompany to healthcare institutions or authorities.
• Promote independence – Support the client in achieving their goals and developing their self-capacity.

Who are you?

To work as a housing supporter, we see that you have a good sense of integrity and meet people in a way that creates security in everyday and personal contexts. We therefore see that you preferably have the following qualifications:

• Trained nursing assistant or equivalent – You have relevant education or have otherwise gained experience working with people with mental health issues or in need of support in everyday life.  
• Good Swedish in speech and writing – You express yourself well and can document in a professional manner.
• B driver's license – You have driving experience and can safely travel between clients.
• Experience as a housing supporter – Meritorious but not a requirement.
• Additional language skills – Are meritorious but not a requirement.
• Pedagogical - You work from a pedagogical and motivating approach, where you act as support in the client's journey towards independence and increased quality of life.

About you

As a person, you are also secure, empathetic, and have an easy time building trust in meetings with others. You enjoy working independently but also appreciate collaboration in a team. You are professional in your approach and have a strong commitment to contributing to our clients' quality of life.

Working hours 

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00. Sometimes the hours may be adjusted according to clients' needs, which may involve evening or weekend work on occasion and by agreement. 
• Workplace: You will be based at our office in central Täby.

Aleo Omsorg is a family-owned company founded in 2017 that operates in Täby, Vallentuna, Österåker, and Vaxholm. Currently, we run operations in the areas of home care, housing support, and home service.
