Phil's was founded in 2014 with the goal of fundamentally changing the fast food industry. The first restaurant opened in Kungsholmen, Stockholm, and today we have 13 restaurants across Sweden and a team of over 200 wonderful colleagues. But now we need another star: Cook for Stockholm.

Phil's was born out of the belief that good food in an inspiring atmosphere does not have to be pretentious or complicated. We are driven to create a complete experience for our guests, and although we as burger lovers believe that a dining experience can start with a world-class burger, we want a broad menu that suits both lunch, dinner, and an after-work now and then. Therefore, we are just as passionate about creating fresh salads, vegetarian options, and exciting cocktails as we are about creating stylish, inviting restaurants that feel just right regardless of the occasion or company. The Role of Kitchen Assistant

We are looking for someone who enjoys working carefully, structured, and efficiently in a kitchen where the focus is on preparing ingredients. The job mainly consists of preparing, portioning, packaging, and labeling prepped ingredients such as meat, vegetables, and sauces. You ensure that each package is handled and labeled correctly according to our routines. An important part of the role is also to manage the daily cleaning of work surfaces, tools, and machines, with a strong focus on food hygiene and safety. To thrive with us, you need to be quick, precise, and appreciate a job with clear routines and a fast pace. Experience from similar tasks is an advantage, but we place great importance on you being responsible, organized, and having a positive attitude towards working in a team.
