About the position:

We need more assistants for our team. The employment is for hourly substitutes, as well as a larger substitute during the summer.

Working hours vary between day, evening, and night shifts (on-call).

About the user

I am a cheerful and pleasant woman with a good heart. I have been living with my husband in our house in Umedalen since 1996.

My interests that I hope you will share with me include:

-Crosswords

-Sunbathing outdoors

-Eating/coffee outdoors

-Swimming/sauna

-Exercising

-Listening to audiobooks

-Buying and planting flowers

-Movies, shopping, etc.

About you:

You are a positive person who is mature and attentive. You take responsibility for ensuring that daily routines are carried out carefully. Any problems that arise you solve calmly and with composure.

It is always an advantage if you have experience in healthcare and if you have a driver's license to drive my bus when we go on activities, but it is not a requirement. However, it is a requirement that you are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, so we can communicate. We often have dogs visiting us, so it is also important that you are dog-friendly or do not have any allergies to dog fur.

The assistance assignment is significant and requires that you are empathetic, understand the needs of others, try to come up with solutions in the work, and see opportunities.
