Your Responsibilities and Profile

As an operational team leader, you will be part of the team responsible for Insitepart's staffing operations in Eskilstuna. You will have an operational role for most of your shifts but will also help lead and distribute work and train new staff. We believe that you, as an applicant, have good communication skills and find it easy to build relationships with people. As a team leader at Insitepart, you actively participate in the development and improvement of Insitepart's routines and structure with our client. You enjoy working towards high goals and can communicate these to our consultants. You report to Insitepart's Consultant Manager and can also act as a substitute for this person if needed.

It is advantageous if you have previous experience as a team leader, but it is not a requirement. The important thing is that you are not afraid to take on new tasks and are available where needed. You are communicative and can communicate in both Swedish and English.

Conditions

• At least 18 years old
• Working hours vary between 07:00-16:00 & 16:00-23:30
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Forklift license is an advantage
• Previous experience as a team leader is an advantage
• Working hours are scheduled between Monday-Friday day or Sunday-Thursday evening
