About the position

We are currently seeking female assistants for a lovely and cheerful 50-year-old woman near Nacka Strand. She is in a wheelchair, and you will assist with cooking, cleaning, laundry, personal hygiene, etc., but there are also opportunities to do fun activities like going on outings and listening to music. She lives with two chinchillas that you will help care for together with her. She enjoys going to rock concerts and museums, so it’s a plus if you do too.

Who are you?

We are looking for a woman who can take initiative, is understanding, and preferably does not stress. It is important that you enjoy working with people and can solve problems. This is not a job where you take orders and execute them; rather, it’s about doing things together with our client – therefore, personal chemistry is important.

You should not be allergic to fur as there are two chinchillas in the home.

You need to be at least 23 years old, but preferably older to match the client.

The client's speech is affected, so you need to speak fluent Swedish to understand the client.

Working hours and employment rate:

Working hours are weekdays and weekends from 11 AM to 11 PM/12 AM. We are looking for someone who wants to work as a substitute during regular assistants' absence and 1-2 fixed shifts per month (often weekends), possibly with increased hours in the future. In the summer, there will be opportunities for 2-3 shifts/week during July and August.

Salary: Fixed hourly wage according to agreement, other compensations are according to collective agreement.
