We are now looking for a Head of Investor Relations

Our client is in an intense transformation phase where significant investments are being made in electrification, software development, and sustainable mobility solutions. To meet increasing demands for transparency and build long-term relationships with the financial market, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Investor Relations.

In this role, you will be responsible for communicating the company’s financial development, strategic direction, and market position to investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. You will act as a key person between the management team and the capital market, playing a crucial role in shaping how the company is perceived externally.

As Head of IR, you will lead the company’s overall IR strategy. You will be responsible for investor communication, market relations, and financial transparency, especially at a time when the company is undergoing change with high demands for capital allocation, sustainability, and innovation. The role requires both financial expertise and strong communication skills – and the ability to act as an advisor to management.

Examples of responsibilities:

• Planning and executing quarterly and annual reports
• Managing the company’s IR website, presentation materials, and calendar
• Leading meetings and roadshows with investors and analysts globally
• Coordinating communication around strategic initiatives and new technologies
• Collaborating with sustainability, communications, and product units
• Handling ESG issues and related investor evaluations
• Reporting to the management team on market trends and investor sentiment
• Ensuring regulatory compliance and approval from the Disclosure Committee

Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in IR, finance, or strategic communication in a publicly listed environment
• Solid understanding of financial analysis, capital markets, and investor relations
• Experience working in international, innovation-driven companies
• Excellent ability to communicate strategic messages to external stakeholders
• Very good command of English and Swedish, both spoken and written
• Relevant university degree in economics, finance, communication, or equivalent
• Experience in sustainability reporting or green financing initiatives is a plus
