About the Pharmacy Sunderbyn Hospital

The Pharmacy at Sunderbyn Hospital is an important pharmacy to ensure the best pharmacy service at Norrbotten's largest hospital, as we have customers from all over Norrbotten. Here, every advice makes a difference, all for a life in health. The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 08:00-18:00 and Saturdays 10:00-15:00 .

Your role

Our Self-Care Advisors always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In the role of Self-Care Advisor, you meet customers from all over Norrbotten, including patients, relatives, and hospital staff.   

What you will do with us:

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding of people's different needs.

• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so that our customers can feel safe with us.

• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.

• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible assistance.

For this position, you need to be a trained self-care advisor/pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in advising and people.

• You are a trained Self-Care Advisor or Pharmacy Technician.
• You may have experience working with advice for prescription customers.
• You are attentive, confident, and enjoy contributing to solutions in everyday life.
