We are a cheerful group based in our office in Täby Kyrkby. We focus on the customer and the best possible quality in the work we do.

We work on assignments from Vallentuna municipality, and within this assignment, it includes performing regular nursing assistant tasks in home care. In addition, we are responsible for managing emergency alarms between 07:00 - 22:00. Therefore, it would be very advantageous if you have experience working in emergency services or home healthcare.

• You have a very good command of Swedish, both spoken and written
• You are stress-resistant and used to taking responsibility
• You are accustomed to working alone and independently
• You have a B driver's license and can take responsibility for your driving

• You are flexible, meticulous, independent, and responsible.
• You are used to working with mobile and digital platforms.
• You are social, outgoing, attentive, and have a positive attitude towards customers as well as colleagues.
• You find it easy to collaborate and thrive in a flexible environment.
• You have a professional approach in your communications.
• You should have experience documenting in social journals.
• You have a genuine interest in helping people in need of support in their daily lives. One of your strengths is being able to see their individual needs.
• You have the ability to handle more pressured situations as well.
• It is an advantage if you are a trained nursing assistant.

Your tasks:

In home care, you work in our clients' own homes, providing the care and support they are entitled to, according to the assistance decision and the individual implementation plan.

Daytime tasks may include assistance with:

• Meals
• Social support
• Supervision
• Care and personal hygiene
• Assistance with dressing and undressing
• And much more

Work period and hours:

We offer various schedule options; currently, we are looking for someone who wants a part-time position.
