I am an active 18-year-old girl living with my family in Nacka. During the day, I attend school, and in my free time, I engage in various activities such as hanging out with friends, para training, swimming, nature walks, as well as crafts, music, and relaxation. I need extensive support in my daily life with everything from communication, eating, moving around (I have many aids), personal hygiene, etc. – but also with structuring my day, filtering impressions, and creating the conditions that allow me to function and feel safe. Working with me involves a variety of everyday tasks to enable the meaningful life I want to live!

Therefore, I need you as a personal assistant who is attentive and can read both me and situations, is meticulous with my care and routines, shows respect for me and my choices, is proactive, and combines thoughtfulness with responsibility. Working with me requires personal maturity and the willingness to learn to be my personal assistant in the long term. We build mutual trust with each other, and you will become one of the most important people in my life! Last but not least, you also need to have a sense of humor and a youthful spirit because we should have fun together!

It is a bonus if you have experience working with young people with multiple disabilities, or as a personal assistant previously, but the most important thing is that you want to make a difference and value a long-term collaboration.

I am looking for someone aged 20–45, preferably female applicants, but personal suitability is the most important. The job requires very good knowledge of Swedish.

Scope: We offer a position of approximately 75%, with the possibility of working extra. The shifts are distributed across day, evening, and weekend. We are looking for committed candidates who want to stay and contribute long-term, and for the right person, there are good opportunities to take on more responsibility and grow into the role.

Start date: As soon as possible. We hope you can be trained in time for me to start school again after the summer break.
