As an HSEQ Manager, you will have a broad and meaningful role where you combine operational and strategic efforts within environment, quality, and workplace safety. You will be a key person in supporting leaders, ensuring compliance with regulations, driving improvement initiatives, and elevating sustainability issues throughout the Nordic organization. We are now looking for someone to take the lead in our HSEQ work and put these values into practice!
You will:- Lead and develop Culligan Nordic's work within quality, environment, and workplace safety, according to ISO 14001 and ISO 9001
- Support managers and teams in identifying risks, following up on deviations, and driving preventive workplace safety initiatives
- Ensure that we comply with relevant laws, requirements, and internal guidelines within HSEQ for Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
- Integrate sustainability and environmental aspects into our processes, focusing on resource efficiency and climate impact
- Collect and report ESG data for local and group-wide use
- Plan and conduct training within environment, workplace safety, and quality
- Contribute to development projects within HSEQ and sustainability
- Communicate our work clearly, engagingly, and sustainably – both internally and externally
- Have several years of experience as a specialist or manager within quality and environmental management, in Sweden or the Nordics.
- Are familiar with working with management systems (ISO 14001, 9001) and have a good understanding of applicable regulations
- Have worked in industry, manufacturing, or another sector with high quality demands
- Are analytical, structured, and thrive in a role where you can think strategically and roll up your sleeves
- Have experience in leadership and personnel responsibility
- Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. If you also master Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish, it is a plus!
- Have good collaboration skills and easily build trust in different parts of the organization
- Have experience in HSEQ work in the Nordics – Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
- Have post-secondary education in environmental science, occupational health, sustainable development, or similar
- Have experience working with ESG reporting
- Have led change projects within HSEQ or sustainability

LocationThe position is based at our headquarters in Sollentuna, Stockholm, with some flexibility and hybrid work options.
