MIAB is looking for a Team Leader for our area in Gothenburg, which is growing with more customers and employees.

In the role of Team Leader, you will plan, execute, follow up, and ensure the quality of cleaning services in the assigned area. You will staff with substitutes when needed and ensure that both customers and staff have a good day at work!

The position involves customer contact, which places high demands on the sense of service with care, which is also MIAB's guiding principle.

In this role, you will also perform cleaning services to some extent at our customers' locations during your workday if required. You are flexible and always ready to step in as a cleaner if needed to ensure delivery to the customer. You will work alongside colleagues in the same position and report to the Operations Manager.

We travel between our customers by car, which requires you to have a driver's license for a manual vehicle and to drive in a safe and secure manner.

The work also involves using our systems, which require computer skills.

Language requirements for the position: Swedish

Swedish is a requirement to be able to speak, read, and communicate in simple language.

About you:

You are quality-conscious, organized, responsible, and positive. You find it easy to work both individually and in a group. We are looking for someone with experience in cleaning services and who holds SRY, Pryl, or INSTA 800 training. Leadership training is also an advantage.

Driver's license Class B for manual vehicle is a requirement for the position
