Do you have a passion for beauty, business, and strong customer relationships? We are now looking for an experienced Key Account Manager for a well-known company in the Nordic perfume and beauty industry! An exciting parental leave cover focused on developing and nurturing key wholesale accounts such as KICKS, Lyko, and Matas – both online and in-store.

About the role:

You will be a key player in the Wholesale Nordics team, responsible for a portfolio of complex customer accounts. With strategic insight and operational sharpness, you will drive the business forward and strengthen the brand's position across the Nordics.

Your main responsibilities:

• Develop account plans and customer strategies in line with the commercial agenda

• Nurture and strengthen customer relationships, as well as identify new business opportunities

• Lead or support high-level negotiations and secure profitable collaborations

• Ensure brand visibility and quality across all channels

• Follow up on KPIs and drive continuous improvements

• Coach junior colleagues and contribute to team development

We are looking for someone who has:

• 4–8 years of experience in KAM or similar relationship-based sales

• A background in beauty, retail, e-commerce, or FMCG

• Documented leadership experience and a strong ability for self-leadership

• Relevant university education and sharp analytical skills

• Fluent in Swedish and English (additional Nordic language is a plus)

• The assignment is full-time and runs from 2025-08-11 to 2026-08-31

• Partially remote but requires physical presence in Stockholm
