Who are you?

We are looking for someone who shares our view that care is something we do with our hearts. To fit in with us, we see that you have the following qualities and qualifications:

  • Certified nursing assistant education – You are educated and experienced in your field. (Meritorious for hourly employment)
  • Fluent in Swedish – You master Swedish both in speech and writing and have the ability to document professionally.
  • Driver's license (B) – You are a safe and experienced driver who can navigate traffic well.
  • Stress-resistant and responsible – You handle pressured situations with calm and determination.
  • Independent – You enjoy working independently but are happy to collaborate with colleagues when needed.
  • Empathetic and attentive – You have a genuine desire to help and understand that each customer is unique.
  • Communicative – You are clear and respectful in your communication with both customers and colleagues.
  • Flexible and solution-oriented – You easily adapt to new situations and customer needs.
  • Meticulous and responsible – You take responsibility for your tasks and perform them with high quality.
  • Digitally savvy – You are comfortable using mobile phones and digital systems in your work.

Job tasks - What will you do?

As an employee in our home care service, you will work based on assistance decisions and individual implementation plans. Examples of job tasks:

  • Personal care – Assistance with hygiene, dressing/undressing, and toilet visits.
  • Meal support – Help with cooking, serving, and feeding if needed.
  • Supervision and companionship – Create security and presence in daily life.
  • Support at home – Assistance with cleaning, laundry, shopping, and other household chores.
  • Emergency alarms – For those working in Österåker, it also includes handling emergency alarms between 07:00 and 22:00.
  • Documentation – Professional and meticulous documentation in digital systems.

Working hours and employment forms

We offer several different options:

Evening shifts: 16:00–22:00

Hourly employment: Work shifts offered as needed – evenings and weekends.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday/weekend or according to schedule.

Work location: Österåker – we prefer that you live nearby.
