We at Aleo are now looking for a team leader for our home care unit in Täby – a role for you who is confident in leadership, has a big heart for care, and is driven to make a difference.

As a team leader at Aleo, you are a key person in the organization. You lead, coordinate, plan, and develop a team of about 8–12 employees and act as their immediate supervisor. The role combines practical work in home care with administrative tasks, which gives you a varied and stimulating workday.

You work closely with the unit manager and actively contribute to achieving the organization's goals regarding quality, work environment, and customer satisfaction.

Leadership – You lead and support employees in their daily work and serve as a role model in the team. Care and service – You participate in practical work in the field, together with other staff. Administration – You are responsible for documentation, follow-ups, planning, customer contact, and quality and work environment efforts. Planning and initiation – You manage the initiation of new services and ensure that customers' needs are met. Team development – You contribute to a good work climate and strengthen the cohesion of the work group.

Leadership and planning experience – You have previously had personnel responsibility and thrive in a supervisory role, as well as experience in planning customer services and requests. Industry experience – You have worked in care, preferably in home care. Personal qualities – You are unpretentious, empathetic, and have a coaching and solution-oriented approach, as well as being resilient under stress. Communication – You are confident in communicating with both employees, customers, and relatives. Flexibility – You smoothly handle the transition between practical work and administrative tasks. Education – Trained nursing assistant (meriting). Driver's license – A valid B driver's license is required.

Working hours: daytime and every third weekend. Extent: full-time (37 h/week) Workplace: Täby with mobility in the surrounding area. Division of work: approx. 50% administrative, 50% in the field Start date: by agreement Employment form: permanent with a 6-month probationary period
