 About the role

As a  shift leader, you play a key role in the restaurant and are responsible for ensuring that the shift runs smoothly with high quality, structure, and engagement. You are the obvious leader on-site in the absence of the restaurant manager and have an understanding of all parts of the business – from staff planning and finance to service and operations.

You are expected to:

Lead and plan the daily work

Ensure high quality in service and guest interaction

Work with scheduling, orders, invoice management, and month-end closing

Drive sales and corporate sales

Follow up on routines and checklists 

Be involved in recruitment, onboarding, and development of employees

What we are looking for

A natural leader who drives the team

Solution-oriented, structured, and confident in making quick decisions

Engaged, communicative, and clear in your leadership

Has an understanding of working towards financial goals and key performance indicators

A basic understanding of scheduling, labor law, and basic finance

Service-oriented with a strong drive for guest experience
