About Pharmacy Gammelstad

At Pharmacy Gammelstad, we have a large self-care section with bright premises and great opportunities for good customer meetings and advice. Here, you are an important part of a vibrant smaller shopping center, and together with Pharmacy Viken in central Luleå, we form a pharmacy group where collaboration between pharmacies is important. Pharmacy Viken is a pharmacy located at Stadsvikens health center in central Luleå. The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09:00-19:00, Saturdays 10:00-15:00, Sundays 12:00-15:00.

Your role

Our Self-Care Advisors always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us.

What you will do with us:

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer meeting, with care and understanding of people's different needs.

• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so our customers can feel safe with us.

• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns, to provide customers with the best possible assistance.

• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

• Varied work, with both work in a larger self-care section in Gammelstad and more care-oriented customers at Viken.

For this position, you need to be a trained self-care advisor/pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people and health.

• You are a trained Self-Care Advisor or Pharmacy Technician.
• You have a particular interest in self-care and sales.
