About Stora Rospiggen elderly home

Norlandia Stora Rospiggen has 80 bright and modern apartments spread over four floors, equipped with large adapted bathrooms, kitchenettes, and specially adapted beds. Each department has a kitchen, dining/living room, and outdoor terrace. In our common areas, we socialize, have meals, and carry out activities. Each floor has spacious balconies for easy access to fresh air and views of the surroundings and the inner courtyard. In our outdoor environment, we offer outdoor stays and activities.

• It is highly meritorious if you have previous experience as a nursing assistant/care assistant in elderly care.
• You need to have good knowledge of the health and medical care regulations.
• You must have a good command of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.
• We would like you to have knowledge of documentation based on ICF and KVÅ (international and national classifications and coding systems).
• We want you to have good knowledge of the national quality registers relevant to the operations.

We are a family-owned company with more than 15 years of experience in elderly care. We offer exciting workplaces from Boden in the north to Malmö in the south. Currently, we operate around 50 elderly homes with our headquarters in Stockholm and an accounting and payroll office in Skene. We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

If you are not a citizen of Sweden, the EU, EEA, or Switzerland, you must be able to prove that you have a valid work permit or are exempt from the requirement to have a work permit. Employment can only occur after verification of the work permit, as required by the Aliens Ordinance.
