THE ROLE As a chef, you ensure that your station is clean and tidy, that the prep is done, and that the food delivered is of the highest quality. You are open and adaptable in the workplace. You are confident in yourself, see solutions, and potential paths forward for the guest and employee journey. You are structured, organized, and maintain the high level that is currently sought after. You will actively work with sustainability. The circular sustainability journey reflects our footprint both socially, economically, and environmentally. Satisfied and motivated employees drive engagement.
