THE ROLE

As a head waiter, you will lead the daily operations of our restaurant business. This with a focus on first-class hospitality, staff management, and purchasing.  You will operate both operationally and strategically in an environment characterized by history, care, and quality. You will play a significant role in purchasing our beverage selection, which we continuously develop together with our wine experts. This is to always be at the forefront of food, drink, and guest experience. Today, we have one of Sweden's largest and best wine lists, are members of Star Winelist, and have many guests who visit us for our wine tastings
