We at Aleo are now looking for a team leader for our home care unit in Vallentuna – a role for you who is confident in leadership, has a big heart for care, and is driven to make a difference.

About the role

As a team leader at Aleo, you are a key person in the organization. You lead, coordinate, and develop a team of about 8–12 employees and act as their closest supervisor. The role combines practical work in home care with administrative tasks, which gives you a varied and stimulating workday.

You work closely with the unit manager and actively contribute to achieving the organization’s goals regarding quality, work environment, and customer satisfaction.

Your main responsibilities

Leadership – You lead and support employees in their daily work and are a role model in the team. Care and service – You participate in practical work in the field alongside other staff. Administration – You are responsible for documentation, follow-ups, planning, customer contact, as well as quality and work environment efforts. Planning and initiation – You manage the initiation of new services and ensure that customer needs are met. Team development – You contribute to a good work climate and strengthen cohesion in the workgroup.

Who are you?

Leadership experience – You have previously had personnel responsibility and thrive in a supervisory role. Industry experience – You have worked in care and support, preferably home care. Personal qualities – You are unpretentious, empathetic, and have a coaching and solution-oriented approach. Communication – You are confident in communicating with both employees, customers, and relatives. Flexibility – You smoothly handle the transition between practical work and administrative tasks. Education – Qualified nursing assistant (meritorious). Driver's license – A driver's license is required.

Employment conditions

Working hours: Monday – Friday and weekend work as agreed   Working time: daytime Scope: full-time (37 hours/week) Workplace: Täby Kyrkby with mobility in the local area. Division of work: approx. 50% administrative, 50% in the field Start date: as agreed Employment form: permanent with a 6-month probationary period.

Aleo Omsorg is a family-owned company founded in 2017 that provides home care in Täby, Vallentuna, Österåker, Vaxholm, and Oxelösund. Currently, we operate in the areas of home care, housing support, and home service.
