You will be part of a team with care staff, physiotherapists, and nurses. An important role for you is to guide the care staff so that together you can provide each resident with the best possible life. The work involves both urgent and planned interventions.

As an occupational therapist at Sköndalsvillan, you will help our residents maintain their independence in daily life. You are responsible for ensuring that residents receive good and safe care and treatment. You will work to establish a good relationship with the residents, their relatives, and other care providers.

As an occupational therapist with us, you need to be meticulous and organized in your work. You can work independently and have good problem-solving skills. In your role, you will have many different contacts, and the position therefore requires good collaboration skills and comfort in guiding care staff. You act from a professional standpoint with a high sense of service, always prioritizing the best for the residents and the organization. You also have the commitment and desire to drive elder care with the highest quality. We therefore see that you have a strong interest in quality work!

Work hours are during the day, Monday - Friday.

The position is a one-year temporary contract with the possibility of extension.

A criminal record extract must be presented before employment.
