About the role
We are now looking for a Sales Manager for our headquarters in Stockholm who wants to help develop our business in the hotel and restaurant sector. In this role, you will be both the driving force and face of our sales – fully responsible for driving, following up, and developing our B2B collaborations.
You will work daily with:
- New sales and relationship building, including prospecting, cold calling, customer meetings, and follow-ups
- The entire sales process: from needs analysis to quotes, procurement, and contracts
- Market monitoring within the hospitality industry to stay ahead
- Marketing through our digital channels
- Planning and executing trade shows, events, and customer activities
- Strategic issues as part of the company's management team

Your background
- Experience from the hospitality industry, preferably in a leadership role
- Previous work in sales and/or business development is highly meritorious
- Familiarity with working on digital platforms and social media
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
- Driver's license (travel within the Stockholm area may occur)

The position is full-time with a start after the summer. Fixed or partially variable salary. Working hours are mainly weekdays during the day, with some evenings/weekends during events. Possibility for remote work one day a week.
