At Melanders Söder, we are now looking for an experienced head waiter who wants to create fantastic experiences for our guests together with us! We are an experienced team that delivers quality service to our guests day and night. In the role of head waiter, you will utilize your hosting skills, and we value personal interaction.

As a head waiter, you play a key role - you are the first person our guests meet. We are looking for someone who is driven, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and loves service. You will have a leadership role and during your shift, you will inspire and motivate the service staff in a pedagogical and responsible manner. You have a genuine interest in food, drinks, and people, and can communicate clearly to contribute to smooth and profitable teamwork. To succeed in this role, you are unpretentious, can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and know how to prioritize.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest and good knowledge of food and drinks
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Experience in leading a team
• Is flexible, creative, and solution-oriented
• Is passionate about exceeding guest expectations
• Is structured, organized, and has good collaboration skills

Employment rate 75%.
