We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented Operations Manager for our team, responsible for approximately 35 service personnel within Facility Management, such as reception, relocations, and janitorial services. You will lead the operations with full responsibility for finance, personnel, and operations, and ensure that we deliver services according to agreements and ISS values.

Responsibilities:

• Finance & Business Agreements: Responsible for budget, follow-up on results, and identify opportunities for upselling and service development in collaboration with the Site Manager and other key personnel.
• Personnel & Work Environment: Recruit, conduct salary discussions and development talks, and ensure a systematic work environment effort. Motivate and develop employees through delegation of responsibility and goal management.
• Operations & Customer: Responsible for customer relationships and ensure that we deliver according to agreements. Lead action programs based on customer satisfaction and drive quality improvements.

Your Profile:

You have several years of leadership experience in service, preferably within reception, conference, or Facility Management. You have good knowledge of finance and work environment efforts and enjoy making decisions in a dynamic work environment. You are business-oriented, communicative, and have a good ability to build relationships. You share ISS values regarding quality, responsibility, honesty, and community, and you are proficient in both Swedish and English.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial 6-month probationary period. You will report to the Site Manager and be an important part of our team.
